The Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announced that all registered companies in the registrar of the department must submit all of their outstanding Annual Reports (HE32) along with their respective Financial Statements.

In case of non-submission of the above mentioned documents by 30/6/2014, then the companies will be deregistered/removed from the registry in accordance with the Article 327 of the Companies Act.
